Remodel / Renovation
We are a full service company and will be managing your entire project from start to finish on behalf of you. Remodeling or renovating a home is the act of keeping the existing structure of a home and updating or transforming the finishes into something new. The remodel/renovation process has many steps and can be overwhelming at times. We take the stress off your plate and handle anything from permitting, ordering materials, coordinating with sub contractors, and all things design.

What does Design-Build mean?

Do I need to completely move out of my space while under construction?
Yes. For ease of our team and trades we need the space to be completely cleared out for your project to run smoothly. This also prevents any of your personal items from being accidentally damaged.
How long will my project take?
Every project is different. We will provide you a schedule based on your projects individual scope of work.
How much will my project cost?

Do you use subcontractors?
We employ both subcontractors and full time employees that will both be working on your project. This is vital to the success of your project and ensures you get the best product possible.
How do you communicate through a project?
We use an online construction management software that our clients are invited to once they sign into design with us. From there our clients have access to all of their selections and are able to stay updated on schedule, along with many other things.
When is the best time to do a home remodeling project?
There is no “best time”. You should start a remodeling project when you and your partner, family, etc. feel comfortable to make the changes to your home.
Do you do new builds or structural projects?
Yes! We have and will continue to do large-scale new builds, structural projects, and additions.
